I've delivered two 60-minute workshops for the online business school for small creative businesses. We used journalling as a tool to help with business and life planning in the sessions.

I love collaborating with Helen seasonally in sessions we call 'Mindful Movement for the Mind.' They beautifully complement Helen's library of mindful moment sessions for the body, that focus on yoga, stretching and functional movement.
